What are Doll Inc dolls made from?
Cotton, wool, and flannel, so it is safe for kids.
How long does it takes to receive the dolls ?
Approximate making days are 3 – 7 working days. Then we will ship it to you. Total shipping days is varied, depend on your location. We will send you the confirmation email regarding your time of delivery after we receive your payment.
I want to give my creation doll as a birthday gift, can I choose the exact date (less than 7 days after payment date)?
Please contact us first before your order to confirm our order load.
Can I request for special dolls?
Yes.
If you are still using our template, just add your request on “special request” part on order form.
If you want to make a total different doll, please contact us and send the pictures or details of your wanted dolls to info@doll-inc.com.
What is the payment method?
You can use pay pal or bank transfer through BCA or Mandiri bank account.
Can I refund or repair my doll if it is broken?
It depends. If it is caused by the making process (unstitched, unglued, etc), you can repair your doll by send it back to us (customer is responsible for shipping fee). This can be done in 3 days after the receiving day. Other than this reason, you can not refund or repair the dolls.
Can I wash the dolls?
You can wash the Waldorf dolls without washing machines. However, pompom dolls cannot be washed.
